Good understanding of HR policies & procedures.

You ideally possess a degree in human resources or related field.
Robust interpersonal & communication skills , roles and responsibilities.

Responsibility
Handling end to end recruitment cycle.
Posting on the job portals.
Knowledge in job portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.
Should have very positive in communication skills.
Searching profiles from job portals and scheduling interviews.




Understanding the requirement, sourcing profiles from various channels like job portals, networking.
Screening profiles and candidates over phone, short listing profiles and presenting them to the Recruitment Manager.
Keep following up till the joining of candidates.
