Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive with 2–4 years of experience to support day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement. We are looking for someone who is a rapid learner, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for store and office positions.
Coordinate interviews and employee onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance and leave records.
Support payroll by providing attendance and employee data.
Prepare HR letters and other HR-related documents.
Organize employee engagement activities.
Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR operations.




Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
2–4 years of HR experience in retail or other non-IT industries.
Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRMS software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
