Position: HR Executive

Location: Suresh IT Academy, Hyderabad

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to join our team at Suresh IT Academy. This role is crucial in driving our talent acquisition strategy by managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring we hire the best professionals to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Maintain Job Descriptions – Create, update, and refine role-specific job descriptions to attract top talent.
Talent Sourcing & Engagement – Actively source, engage, and build pipelines of potential candidates through online job portals, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Recruitment & Screening – Review applications, screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial evaluations.
Employer Branding & Job Advertising – Publish and promote job openings across career portals, qualified networks, and social media to increase visibility.
Assessment & Evaluation – Coordinate assessments/tests,



evaluate candidate performance, and provide recommendations.
Collaboration with Stakeholders – Work closely with department heads and managers to forecast hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
Background Verification – Conduct reference and background checks to ensure credibility of selected candidates.

Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, job portals, and recruitment strategies.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a rapid-paced environment.
A proactive mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
