Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and social media.
Coordinate onboarding, documentation, background verification, and employee induction.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS/ATS data.
Support attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee lifecycle processes. Prepare HR reports, recruitment dashboards, and maintain recruitment trackers.
Assist in implementing HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance activities.
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring and smooth onboarding.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
