About The Role -

Were looking for a people-first, high-energy individual to own our affiliate /creators / influencer relationships end to-end. Youll be the face of our community — building relationships from cold outreach all the way to closed deals — while keeping our affiliate ecosystem healthy, active, and growing. This is a role for someone who loves people, can handle ambiguity on the fly, and genuinely enjoys the hustle of building something meaningful.

What You’ll Do
Conduct daily outreach to prospective affiliates / creators and actively drive them to join and engage with our community
Conceptualise and execute community initiatives across social platforms to build engagement and retain affiliates /creators
Lead partnership negotiations independently — qualify, pitch, negotiate terms, and close deals with affiliates
Own the full lifecycle of affiliate deliverables: set expectations, track progress, follow up, and ensure timely closure
Track, maintain, and analyse affiliate performance data, surfacing insights and flagging issues proactively
