Recruitment coordination and onboarding
Employee documentation and lifecycle management
PF & ESI handling and statutory compliance
HR operations and employee support activities
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience in HR operations
Knowledge of PF, ESI, and compliance processes
End-user experience in SAP will be a robust advantage
