Role & responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
Provide strategic HR guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent optimization.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational and people-related matters
Lead the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
Coach managers on performance conversations and performance improvement plans.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and action plans based on feedback.
Foster an inclusive, team-oriented, and high-performance work culture.
Support employee wellness, recognition, and retention programs.
Provide guidance on employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Investigate employee concerns and recommend appropriate resolutions.
