Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Address employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
Coordinate performance appraisal and training programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Collaborate with department heads to fulfill workforce requirements.
Qualification
MBA in Human Resource Management or a related field
Experience: 1–2 years (Hospital experience preferred)
