Process orders received from Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of all orders.
Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
Track pending, cancelled, returned, and delivered orders.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth operations.
Handle return, replacement, and RTO cases.
Maintain daily MIS reports and ensure compliance with marketplace SLAs.
Resolve operational issues to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
