PS Technology Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Pune. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee engagement. It is an excellent chance for fresh graduates and students who are looking to build a career in Human Resources. The responsibilities align with common HR internship expectations and recruitment support functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Assist with onboarding documentation and employee records.
Support HR operations and administrative activities.
Prepare reports using MS Excel.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives.




Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing (Any Stream).
MBA (HR) candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Willingness to learn and grow in Human Resources.
