Role & responsibilities
Prior experience as a Hostel Warden, Residential Supervisor, Student Coordinator, or similar role is preferred.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, patient, and approachable personality.
Ability to handle students firmly but respectfully.
Valuable organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage emergencies and handle situations calmly.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and reports.
Willingness to work flexible schedule as required by hostel operations.
