Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters and joining formalities.
Assist in employee engagement activities and events.
Update attendance, leave, and other HR records.
Support HR policies, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of HR processes is an advantage.
