– HR Generalist Position: HR Generalist Location: Anandpur Sahib, Punjab Experience: Minimum 2 Years Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. Handle employee documentation and maintain HR records. Process attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.

Assist with employee engagement activities. Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Coordinate performance management and training activities.

Maintain employee files and prepare HR reports as required. Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist. Positive knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and HR operations. Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. Basic knowledge of labour laws will be an added advantage. Must be fluent in Punjabi (Read, Write & Speak).
