Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function for our retail business. The role will be responsible for talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and statutory compliance, ensuring a high-performing and customer-focused retail workforce. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail stores and support functions.
Partner with retail leaders on manpower planning and staffing requirements.
Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives across stores.
Oversee onboarding, induction, and training coordination for recent hires.
Support performance management, succession planning, and career development.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.




Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
Monitor HR metrics, attrition, and productivity to support business decisions.
Promote a positive work culture and ensure consistent implementation of HR practices across all retail locations.

Experience
