The Senior Sourcing Manager, Leather,



Accessories & Footwear is responsible for overseeing and leading Leather Apparel, Leather Accessories, Footwear, and Accessories categories. The position owns the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle as per Ralph Lauren standards.

The Senior Sourcing Manager will lead category sourcing strategies for L&A; and Footwear, vendor performance management, and capability development, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to support business objectives. This position requires robust leadership, collaboration, communication, commercial acumen, and problem-solving skills.
