Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment of nurses, technicians, pharmacists, and administrative staff.
Employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Performance management and employee engagement.
HR policy implementation and statutory compliance.
Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and personnel files.
Requirements
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related qualification.
Minimum 2–5 years of HR experience (Hospital/Healthcare experience preferred).
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
