HR Recruiter

Location: Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

About Us

Luster Services Private Limited is a rapidly growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company providing Data Entry, Data Processing, Quality Assurance, Back Office Support, Customer Support, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, documentation, offers, and joining.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring.
Support onboarding and other HR administrative activities.
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience:



1–2 years in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition/HR.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a solid interest in recruitment are welcome to apply.
Experience using Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, or similar job portals is preferred.
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and Google Sheets.
Payroll or HR Operations experience will be an added advantage.
