Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end recruitment) • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers




Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Good organizational and coordination skills
Proactive and result-oriented approach

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelors degree (MBA in HR preferred)
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment
