Role Description:

The Marketing Strategist will work on-site in Hyderabad in a full-time capacity, leading the development and execution of marketing strategies for a range of clients and internal initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitor analysis, identifying target audiences, and defining positioning and messaging for campaigns. The role involves collaborating with creative, digital, and account teams to translate strategy into actionable plans, content calendars, and integrated marketing campaigns.

The Marketing

Strategist will monitor performance metrics,



interpret data, and refine strategies based on results and insights. This position also includes preparing presentations, contributing to current business proposals, and staying current with industry trends and emerging marketing tools.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Research skills to analyze trends, audiences, and competitors.
- Candidates should possess Marketing and Marketing Strategy skills to design, implement, and optimize campaigns.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present insights, collaborate with teams, and engage stakeholders.
- Candidates should ideally have experience with digital marketing channels, campaign analytics, and performance reporting.
- Candidates should have the ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should preferably hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; prior agency or brand-side experience is an advantage.
