We are looking for a data-driven and performance-focused Digital Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate high-quality leads and strengthen the Autorox brand globally.

Position

Summary The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, marketing automation, analytics, and campaign optimization. Budget (5-8 Lakhs) Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube campaigns.

Improve campaign ROI through continuous optimization.

Manage advertising budgets effectively.

Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and campaigns.

Track CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.

SEO & Website Optimization

Improve website rankings through technical and on-page SEO.

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

Work closely with the content team to improve organic traffic.

Content Marketing

Develop content strategies that generate inbound leads.

Coordinate blogs, landing pages, email campaigns,



case studies, and downloadable resources.

Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices.

Marketing Automation

Execute email marketing campaigns.

Build lead nurturing workflows.

Segment audiences for personalized communication.

Improve lead conversion through automation.

Social Media Marketing

Manage company presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

Plan monthly content calendars.

Increase engagement and followers organically.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor campaign performance daily.

Generate weekly and monthly marketing reports.

Analyze traffic sources, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness.

Recommend improvements based on data insights.

Lead Generation

Collaborate with Sales to generate qualified inbound leads.

Optimize landing pages for higher conversion.

Improve lead quality through audience targeting and campaign refinement.

Brand Building

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.

Support webinars, product launches, customer success stories, and promotional campaigns.
