Experience: 9-10 years Key Responsibilities

Own and grow band mascot cross social, paid, organic, influencer, and emerging media formats.

Continually build awareness of BM while ensuring every activation ladders up to Infosys's overall brand goals and brand values.

Lead brand-building strategy across both ATL and digital channels, bringing a cohesive narrative across touchpoints.

Drive content marketing and influencer marketing programs, working them alongside digital performance marketing for measurable impact.

Apply strong digital platform understanding to identify and test new media formats and opportunities.





Partner with internal teams and agencies to deliver consistent, high-quality brand output.

Ideal Candidate Profile A complete ATL + digital brand professional, equally strong in both worlds someone who built brands in the non-digital era and transitioned seamlessly into digital brand building.

Solid classical brand-building foundation combined with a genuine, working command of the digital ecosystem.

Equally fluent in content marketing, influencer marketing, and digital performance marketing understanding how each plays its part in the whole.

Proficient in understanding digital platform capabilities and how to leverage them.

~9–10 years of experience, ideally from pure-play digital and social agencies (Account Director / Account Planner / Copywriter / Creative backgrounds).
