We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager | FINNBULL

At FINNBULL, we’re looking for an energetic and result-driven Marketing Manager who can strengthen our digital presence, generate quality leads, and help expand our client base across Himachal Pradesh.

FINNBULL is a multidisciplinary professional services firm working across taxation, legal compliance, corporate advisory, and business consulting — helping businesses simplify compliance and focus on growth.

Role: Marketing Manager

Location: Shimla (On-site)

Travel: Occasional travel across Himachal Pradesh as required

What You’ll Do

- Manage and grow FINNBULL’s presence across all major social media platforms
- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns
- Generate and follow up on business leads across Himachal Pradesh
- Identify current markets, businesses, and potential clients
- Coordinate with the internal team for marketing content and promotions
- Visit client locations or prospective clients when required
- Track leads, conversions, campaigns, and overall marketing performance
- Contribute directly to business development and revenue growth

What We’re Looking For:




- Strong communication, marketing, and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Ability to generate leads and convert business opportunities
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field visits
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results

Performance Incentives: In addition to the fixed salary, performance-based incentives will be offered for achieving targets and generating business for FINNBULL. Your growth and incentives will be directly linked to the results and value you create.
