Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This position is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s stainless steel casting products across industries such as automotive, power, railways, and agriculture. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, managing branding and promotional activities, and coordinating with the sales and production teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

The Marketing

Manager will develop marketing materials, oversee digital and offline campaigns, maintain relationships with existing clients, and track campaign performance to support growth and market presence.



The role also involves participating in industry events and representing the company to prospects and partners.

Qualifications

Strong skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning within industrial or manufacturing sectors.

Experience with digital marketing tools and channels, including social media, email marketing, and basic website/content management.

Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.

Proven capability in client relationship management and business development within B2B environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Prior experience in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing companies is preferred.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in office.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools is beneficial.

Comfort working in a factory or production-oriented setting and collaborating closely with technical and operations teams.
