Role Description This is a full-time, on-field Marketing Executive role based in Mumbai.

The Marketing

Executive will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for retail stores, including in-store promotions, local events, and brand activation activities and visiting Gyms and academies. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with store teams, managing social media and digital presence, assisting with content creation and basic design briefs, and tracking campaign performance. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and gathering customer insights to refine marketing strategies.

Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective communication across all channels.

Qualifications

Experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution, or brand promotion within retail, sports, or fitness sectors.

Strong skills in social media management, basic digital marketing, and content creation for marketing communication.

Ability to conduct market research, analyze customer data, and prepare concise reports and presentations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with robust attention to detail and organization.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced retail environment, with flexibility to support events and store activities as needed.

Interest in sports, fitness, and active lifestyles, with a passion for promoting a health-focused culture.

Proficiency in basic office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email, and project coordination software).
