Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate staff members to ensure efficient operations
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Monitor food safety standards and compliance with regulations
- Oversee food preparation, kitchen operations, and bartending activities
- Manage inventory and supplies to meet operational needs
Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations
- Solid leadership and organisational skills
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience in bartending or cooking is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
