Role Description The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives to promote The Narayana Group’s educational offerings in the Rishra subdivision. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing plans, coordinating promotional campaigns, and supporting sales activities through effective communication with prospective students and families.





The role involves collaborating with academic and administrative teams to align marketing efforts with institutional goals, tracking campaign performance, and contributing to brand-building activities in the local community. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Rishra subdivision.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and implement effective Market Planning and Marketing strategies.
- Strong Market Research skills to analyze trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and presenting information clearly.
- Sales and relationship-building skills to support admissions and other enrollment initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in basic office and presentation software; familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in teams.
- Prior experience in education or service-oriented sectors is beneficial.
