Job Summary

PRASAN TECHNO PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Executive with a strong background in the solar industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, developing customer relationships, promoting rooftop and commercial solar solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.

- Promote rooftop solar, on-grid, off-grid, hybrid solar systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and EV charging solutions.

- Meet prospective customers and conduct site visits along with the technical team.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients until order closure.

- Build and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, builders, industries, consultants, and government organizations.

- Generate leads through field visits, networking, digital platforms, and referrals.

- Coordinate with engineering and project teams for smooth project execution.

- Maintain CRM records, prepare weekly sales reports, and monitor project progress.

- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in solar EPC or renewable energy sales and marketing.

- Positive understanding of:

- Rooftop Solar Systems

- On-grid, Off-grid & Hybrid Solar Systems

- Net Metering

- MNRE guidelines

- Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.

- Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu.

Preferred Skills

- Existing network with industrial and commercial customers.

- Experience handling government and corporate tenders.

- Knowledge of CRM software.

- Strong customer relationship management skills.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹9,944.48 - ₹35,000.00 per month
