Role Description The Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This position involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote Mindenious’s ed-tech services, including internships, mentorship programs, and career guidance offerings. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying target segments, supporting sales initiatives, coordinating with internal teams,



and managing marketing collateral across digital and offline channels.

The role also includes monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, and contributing ideas to strengthen brand visibility and student engagement. Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective campaigns

Strictly applied to the candidates who have been graduated in 2026 or graduating in 2027.

Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze trends, audience needs, and competitive offerings.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with students, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, conversions, and relationship-building.

Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Chennai, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency with basic digital tools and social media platforms;

experience in ed-tech or education services is an advantage.
