Role Description The Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Sangli. This position is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities, including market research, campaign development, and promotional initiatives to support business growth. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing market data, coordinating with the sales team, preparing marketing materials, and assisting in the implementation of marketing strategies.

Executive will also maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders and clients,



track campaign performance, and provide reports and recommendations to improve future activities. The role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Market Planning and Marketing, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Experience in Market Research, including data collection, analysis, and insights generation.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Sales and marketing coordination capabilities to support lead generation and business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in basic office and presentation tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Ability to work on-site in Sangli, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in a marketing or sales role is preferred but not mandatory.
