About the Internship

Techenzy IT Solutions is looking for ambitious, creative, and execution-focused individuals to join the growth team behind AbroadHub , a social platform designed to help students, professionals, businesses, and communities connect globally.

As a Growth Marketing and Business Development Intern, you will work on real-world user acquisition, social media engagement, community building, influencer outreach, partnership development, market research, and growth experiments.

The working hours are aligned with the evening social media activity of our U.S.-based audience, allowing interns to engage with users and communities during relevant hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Research target users, competitors, market trends, and potential growth opportunities.
- Help increase AbroadHub app awareness, downloads, and user engagement.
- Create and execute social media and community-growth campaigns.
- Engage with users through social media comments, messages, groups, and online communities.
- Identify and reach out to influencers, content creators, student leaders, and community administrators.
- Connect with businesses, professionals, service providers, and potential partners.
- Assist with onboarding businesses and service providers onto the AbroadHub platform.
- Generate and maintain databases of prospective users, partners, leads, and communities.
- Develop content and campaign ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Track campaign performance,



outreach activity, engagement, lead conversions, and app-growth metrics.
- Collect user feedback and share useful insights with the product and management teams.
- Experiment with new marketing strategies and report what worked and what did not.

Who Can Apply?
- BBA or MBA students and recent graduates, preferably specializing in Marketing.
- Candidates interested in marketing, business development, social media, entrepreneurship, startups, or product growth.
- Candidates who can work onsite at our Kukatpally, Hyderabad office.
- Candidates available from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. IST .
- Candidates who can commit to the complete three-month internship.
