Astroc is a Hyderabad deep-tech company building products across AI and computer vision, drones and unmanned systems, and industrial technology. Our current market focus is the Astroc Nebulae Vision System, a software-only AI layer that runs on a factory's existing CCTV and turns it into a live safety and productivity system. Factory owners get PPE compliance, restricted-zone alerts, activity insight and attendance without buying a single new camera.

We are hiring marketing and business development interns to take this product to the Hyderabad MSME factory belt. What you will do - Research and enrich our factory lead database

- Tele-call and message factory owners in Telugu, Hindi or English
- Qualify interest and book product demos with the right decision-maker
- Support demos at the plant and over screen-share
- Maintain the CRM pipeline and follow up on a disciplined cadence
- Accompany the BD lead on plant visits across the industrial belt
- Help plan and run a customer launch event
- Reach out to CCTV dealers and build the channel network
- Produce WhatsApp broadcasts, flyers and social posts from templates What we are looking for - Pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA or an equivalent business degree
- Strong communication and persuasion




- Fluency in Telugu or Hindi, plus working English
- Comfort cold-calling and meeting business owners
- Excel and Google Sheets
- Self-drive and follow-through
- Own smartphone required, laptop preferred, two-wheeler a plus
- No prior experience needed. We hire for attitude, hunger and communication Details - Duration: 3 months, extendable to 6 for strong performers
- Track: part-time (18 to 22 hours a week, flexible around exams) or full-time (40 to 45 hours a week)
- Stipend: ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 part-time, ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 full-time, plus performance incentives
