Role Description The Manufacturing Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Gannavaram, supporting daily production activities in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role involves operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, following standard operating procedures, and maintaining clean room standards to ensure safe and consistent product quality.

The Manufacturing

Associate will perform routine checks, support quality control processes, document production data accurately,



and follow GMP and Schedule-M guidelines. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, reporting any deviations or equipment issues, and assisting in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance on the production floor. Qualifications

Experience in Manufacturing Operations, including handling production equipment and following standard operating procedures.

Knowledge of Clean Rooms and ability to maintain hygiene, safety, and contamination control in regulated environments.

Understanding of Quality Control practices and basic testing or inspection methods used in pharmaceutical production.

Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and compliance with Schedule-M or similar regulatory standards.

Attention to detail, basic computer literacy for documentation, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Prior experience in pharmaceutical liquid preparations.

Relevant diploma or degree in pharmacy, science, or engineering is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
