We're Hiring | Senior Manager – SEO & GEO/AEO (AI Search) Experience: 4–6 Years

We're looking for a passionate Senior Manager – SEO & GEO/AEO to join our growing Organic Search & AI Search practice.

If you're someone who has evolved from traditional SEO to AI-led search and enjoys building integrated search strategies, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end SEO & GEO strategy for leading brands across industries.

Drive organic growth through technical SEO, content strategy, and consumer intent mapping.

Develop GEO/AEO strategies to improve visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.

Own client relationships, strategy presentations, and quarterly business reviews.

Build proposals, contribute to new business pitches, and create acquisition-focused POVs.

Collaborate across Content, Tech, Analytics, Media, and PR teams to deliver Connected Search solutions.





Mentor junior team members and drive innovation within the SEO & AI Search practice. What We're Looking For

5–7 years of experience in SEO, with exposure to GEO/AEO or AI Search.

Proven experience managing enterprise or large consumer brands end-to-end.

Strong understanding of Technical SEO, Content Strategy, and Organic Growth.

Experience in client-facing roles, pitches, and strategic presentations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working on D2C or e-commerce brands will be a robust advantage.

Have

Hands-on experience with AI Search platforms and Generative Engine Optimization.
