Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Manager – Supply Chain Management, Production Planning and Control, and Planning. The manager oversees end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand forecasting, procurement coordination, vendor management, and logistics alignment to ensure timely availability of materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include production planning, capacity assessment, scheduling, monitoring production performance, and implementing control measures to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

The role also covers inventory planning and optimization, reviewing stock levels, minimizing shortages and excess, and enforcing process improvements across supply and production workflows.



The manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, finance, and sales to align operational plans with business objectives and support efficient product delivery.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Supply Chain Management skills, including end-to-end supply coordination and process optimization.

Candidates should possess Supply Management and Purchase Management skills to handle vendor relationships, sourcing, and procurement negotiations.

Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to plan stock levels, control material flow, and minimize shortages and surplus.

Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, forecast demand, identify trends, and drive data-based decisions.

Experience in production planning, scheduling, and shop-floor coordination within manufacturing or consumer electronics is beneficial.

Proficiency with ERP or supply chain planning tools and advanced Excel skills is preferred.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities are required.

A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
