MANAGER – STRATEGIC OUTREACH & DIGITAL INTELLIGENCE Your job will sit somewhere between:

Researcher × Networker × Relationship Builder × Digital Marketer × AI Explorer

You will research people.

Understand businesses.

Scan professional networks and databases.

Figure out who we should know — and why.

Then find an intelligent way to start that conversation. One morning you may be researching a pulmonologist.

By afternoon, speaking with an entrepreneur.

The next conversation could be with a hospital owner, scientist, investor, fitness professional, corporate leader or someone we haven't even thought of yet. And yes — you will also work on LinkedIn, Instagram and our digital presence. But we don't want someone obsessed with likes and followers. We are much more interested in:

- Conversations.
- Introductions.
- Meetings.
- Relationships.
- Opportunities.





You should be comfortable with AI tools, LinkedIn, databases, research, social media and CRM.

But your most important technology should still be:

YOUR ABILITY TO CONNECT WITH PEOPLE. Ideally, you have 3–6 years of experience across business development, digital marketing, partnerships, community building, PR, founder's office, relationship management or something equally interesting.

MBA?

Outstanding.

No MBA but exceptionally smart, articulate and curious?

Even better. We don't particularly care whether you fit neatly into a conventional .

In fact, we'd probably prefer that you don't.

If you can walk into a room knowing nobody…
