We're Hiring: Manager / Senior Manager – Channel Sales & Distribution Network

As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across the assigned territory through effective channel management, distributor development, and market expansion initiatives. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic planning, and execution excellence to strengthen the company's distribution network and enhance market presence.

What will you do?

- Responsible for developing and expanding the distribution network across the assigned territory.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and key channel partners.
- Drive primary and secondary sales growth through effective channel engagement and execution.
- Identify and appoint new distributors and dealers to increase market penetration.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Monitor distributor performance, inventory management, and market coverage.
- Lead sales forecasting, demand planning, and territory business reviews.
- Execute trade marketing and channel development initiatives to improve brand visibility and sales performance.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure effective implementation of company policies, schemes, and promotional activities across the channel network.
- Drive retailer engagement programs and improve channel productivity within the territory.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

✔ Proven experience in Distribution Network Development and Channel Sales Management.

✔ Solid track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

✔ Expertise in distributor handling, dealer development, and territory management.

✔ Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

✔ Ability to analyse market opportunities and implement growth strategies.

✔ Experience in managing large territories and driving business expansion.
