Your work profile

- Design and configure SAP Quality Management and Batch Management solutions to support quality inspection, batch control, traceability, and compliance processes.
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP functional designs and process solutions.
- Lead implementation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives across quality and batch management processes.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and regulatory teams to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
- Configure and support quality planning, inspection processing, quality notifications, batch determination, batch classification, and batch traceability processes.
- Ensure compliance with corporate quality standards, regulatory requirements, and audit controls.
- Manage solution releases, testing, deployments, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Support incident management,



root cause analysis, and resolution of process and system issues.
- Coordinate with technical teams on interfaces, reporting, workflows, master data, and enhancement requirements.
- Drive process standardization, data accuracy, and adoption of SAP best practices across business operations.
- Maintain functional documentation, process maps, training materials, and support procedures.
- Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and continuous improvement of quality and batch-related processes.
- Monitor solution and process performance to ensure reliable and productive operations.

Key skills required

- 8–12 years of experience in SAP Quality Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related business processes.
- 3 years of hands-on experience supporting SAP QM and Batch Management solutions.
- Proven experience delivering SAP implementations, enhancements, and production support initiatives.
- Experience working within SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams.

Education

Btech, MBA, or any other qualification
