Responsibilities Handle online sales enquiries from Website, IndiaMART, WhatsApp, Email & Phone. Respond to IndiaMART enquiries promptly and follow up with customers. Prepare quotations and convert enquiries into sales. Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and dispatch. Build relationships with customers and generate repeat business. Maintain daily records of enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups. Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements Positive communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi (preferred). Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
Experience in Online Sales, IndiaMART, Telecalling, or Customer Support is preferred. Freshers with positive communication skills are also welcome.
