Inside Sales Specialist

Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

Experience: 1–2 Years

CTC: ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives (Up to ₹15,000/month)

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and emails.
Engage with prospective clients and understand their business needs.
Schedule product demonstrations and client meetings.
Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in SaaS, IT, or Software Sales is preferred.
Solid customer relationship management skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Compensation
CTC: ₹25,000 per month
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹15,000 per month
