This is a full time in office role for a Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for company's long-term goals. Daily tasks include posting job openings, conducting interviews, evaluating applicants, providing reports to management, and coordinating with hiring managers to determine the company's recruiting needs. The Recruiter will also manage the hiring process, including offer negotiations and onboarding.

Ability to create job postings and manage applicant databases
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes
Attention to detail and robust organizational skills
Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems
Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and other team members
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
Previous experience in a recruiting role is beneficial
