HOSPITAL PROJECT - KOLHAPUR
Supervise installation of HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, ducting, piping and insulation.
Ensure HVAC work is carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications and hospital standards.
Coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing, medical gas and other site teams.
Check ducting, piping, supports, equipment installation and testing at site.
Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed within the project schedule.
Prepare material requirements, daily progress reports and measurement records.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants and client representatives.
Ensure proper testing, commissioning and balancing of HVAC systems.
Maintain quality and safety standards during execution.




Identify site issues and provide practical technical solutions.

Qualification and Experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5–7 years of site experience in HVAC works.
Experience in hospital, commercial or large building projects is preferred.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, HVAC drawings, BOQ and quantity estimation.
Positive communication, coordination and site management skills.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
