Key Responsibilities:
Perform the daily operation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
Attend to service calls and customer complaints promptly at the site.
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in HVAC equipment and carry out necessary repairs.
Operate and maintain the following systems:
VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) Systems
FCU (Fan Coil Units)
AHU (Air Handling Units)
Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections.
Prepare and maintain daily equipment inspection checklists and service reports.
Ensure all HVAC systems operate safely and efficiently.
Coordinate with the site supervisor to complete maintenance activities on time.

Requirements:
ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a related technical field.
Experience in the operation and maintenance of VRF, FCU, and AHU systems.
Robust troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
Ability to work independently and respond to emergency breakdowns.
Positive communication and reporting skills.
Willingness to work at the Trivandrum site.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
