Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at project sites.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with clients, designers, architects, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Maintain quality standards and site safety.
Plan and monitor manpower, materials, and site resources.
Resolve site-related technical issues.
Verify measurements and contractor bills.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Attend client meetings and provide project updates.

Qualifications
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction.
Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.




Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites across Chennai.

Preferred
Candidates from Tamil Nadu.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Immediate joiners preferred.
