Role & responsibilities
Lead and manage the Instrumentation & Control engineering team.
Define and maintain instrumentation standards, specifications, and design philosophies.
Ensure compliance with company IMS, quality procedures, and safety requirements.
Develop technical capability and skill depth within the instrumentation team.
Oversee preparation and approval of:
Instrument data sheets
Instrument index and I/O lists
Control narratives and logic diagrams
Hookup drawings and loop diagrams
Ensure correct selection of instruments for:
Flow, pressure, level, temperature, and analytical measurements
CHP, AHP, pneumatic conveying, and environmental systems
Ensure designs meet functional, safety, and environmental requirements.
Lead development and review of:




PLC / DCS architecture
Control philosophies and interlocks
SCADA graphics and alarm management
Coordinate with automation vendors for logic development, FAT, and SAT.
Ensure cybersecurity, redundancy, and system reliability requirements are addressed.

Key Skills & Competencies
Robust knowledge of industrial instrumentation and automation
Handson experience with PLC/DCS/SCADA systems
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
Solid coordination and communication abilities
