Job Description

Lead and manage survey operations by supervising field teams, planning and executing project surveys, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, coordinating with stakeholders, mentoring technical staff, implementing up-to-date surveying technologies, and maintaining accurate survey documentation to deliver successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise survey teams.
Manage project survey activities and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with statutory, quality, environmental, and safety requirements.
Advise project managers on survey planning and implementation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.




Mentor junior surveyors and technical staff.
Implement up-to-date surveying technologies and methodologies.
Maintain survey records, databases, and documentation.
Support technical excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Geospatial Sciences, Geophysics, or related field.
ITI Surveyor.
Graduate in any relevant discipline.
