About the Role

AAFT Online is looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Interior Design Faculty to join our oncampus academic team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in interior design with 4 to 5 years of experience in industry practice and/or teaching. This role demands a balance of design expertise, software proficiency, market knowledge, and academic mentoring skills, enabling the faculty member to guide students effectively across both creative and analytical domains.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct theory and practical classes in Interior design, ensuring solid conceptual and applied learning.
Conduct sketching & drafting classes to strengthen students' design fundamentals and visualisation skills.
Develop lesson plans, project briefs, and assessments in alignment with course objectives.
Mentor and evaluate students through regular reviews, assignments, and Vivas.
Coordinate with the Program Leader and Academic Dean for curriculum development and planning.




Encourage student participation in creative projects, workshops, and interdisciplinary collaborations.
Maintain academic records, attendance, and grading systems as per institutional standards.
Stay updated with industry trends and bring real-world insights into the classroom.

Requirements: |
Relevant Qualification in Interior Design/ Architecture
4–5 years of relevant experience in the Design Industry, with exposure to interior projects.
Proficiency in 3Ds Max + V-Ray and AutoCAD will be an ADD-ON
Solid communication and classroom management skills.
