About the Role

We are looking for a agile and results-driven qualified to join our team as a Recruiter . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding hiring requirements, and driving end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure successful delivery of talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for contract and permanent positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with clients.
Manage offer negotiations and candidate onboarding.
Build and maintain talent pipelines across various technologies.
Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1 –3 years of experience in IT Recruitment, Account Management, or IT Staffing.
Strong experience in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, IBM Sterling OMS, Cloud, Java, and Microsoft technologies.
Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.

Preferred Skills
Experience in IT staffing or consulting organizations.
Exposure to contract staffing, C2H, and permanent hiring.
Existing client management or business development experience is an added advantage
