Inside Sales Executive (IT)

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Qualification: Degree Mandatory

Experience:1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales.

Salary:₹25,000-₹30,000

We are looking for a energetic Inside Sales Executive (IT) to promote and sell IT products and solutions, generate qualified leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, referrals, and online research.

Pitch and present IT products and solutions to prospective clients.

Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements Bachelor's degree is mandatory. Candidates with an IT educational or qualified background will be preferred.

1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales.

Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.

Robust communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is preferred
