Roles and Responsibilities:
Content Development:
Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, job aids, and assessments.
Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, Blooms Taxonomy, etc.) to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Collaboration:
Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and translate technical information into learner-friendly formats.
Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to align training with organizational goals.
Learning Technology:
Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Canva) to create interactive learning experiences.
Manage Learning Management System (LMS) content and track learner progress.
Evaluation & Improvement:
Develop assessments, quizzes, and feedback mechanisms to measure training effectiveness.
Continuously update and improve training programs based on learner feedback and performance data.
Project Management:
Plan, organize, and deliver instructional design projects within deadlines.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and accessibility guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile




Bachelors/Masters degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
Experience with e-learning tools and multimedia design software.
Solid communication, writing, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
