Job Key Roles & Responsibilities:
IPO Readiness & Execution:




Act as a key liaison between the companys executive leadership, underwriters, legal advisors, and regulators throughout the IPO process.
Support drafting of the prospectus and manage investor presentation materials (roadshows, Q&A; documents, etc.).
Coordinate due diligence processes and help in compliance with regulatory disclosure requirements.
Investor Communication Strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive IR strategies to support market confidence pre- and post-IPO.
Manage all financial communication, including earnings announcements, investor decks, fact sheets, and press releases.
Facilitate investor roadshows, one-on-one meetings, and analyst briefings.
Market Intelligence & Feedback:
Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to provide insights to the executive team.
Gather and relay investor feedback to refine messaging and strategic positioning.
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure adherence to SEBI and Exchange regulations during IPO and beyond.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to uphold transparency and timely disclosures.
